The 4th floor event space with its elegant chandeliers and stunning views of Lake Erie and Black River seats 300, while the roof top provides you and your guests with 360 degree views. Built in 1925, the historic Broadway Building has been a mainstay for downtown Lorain, located where the Black River meets Lake Erie.
The 55 room boutique hotel allows you and your guests to stay overnight right at your wedding ceremony and reception location. Nearby parks, beaches, theaters, restaurants and breweries offer a variety of options for you and your guests before and after your wedding. Views of the popular Black River Landing and the Lorain Lighthouse with spectacular sunsets provide the perfect backdrop for your special day.
